Imagine Helps "Feed the Need"   [Back]

South Bend, Indiana—June 30, 2008—Imagine, a South Bend, Indiana, visual marketing firm, has developed identity and marketing materials for a new community partnership designed to provide food assistance to the underemployed.

“Feed the Need Pantry” is a collaboration between several churches in the South Bend region, including  Believers Church of God in Christ, Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Greater St. John Missionary Baptist Church, New Horizons Out-Reach Ministries, Christ Temple Church of God In Christ, and Gethsemane Church Of God.

The project is the vision of Jacqueline Davis, Believers Church of God in Christ and community activist, who saw the growing numbers of people in need.  Feed the Need provides food assistance to people with limited or no resources, as well as to an increasing number of working people trying to make ends meet who are running short of life’s basics.

“The incredible design for the logo and brochure Imagine graciously created helps Feed the Need to better market the program." said Wanda Dudley, a community volunteer. "When we went to them asking for their help they jumped on board immediately and crafted such a beautiful visual image of our program that we were completely overwhelmed. Support from community businesses such as Imagine helps to spread the word about this unique and important program.

Those interested in the Feed the Need program can contact Jaccqueline Davis, Executive Director, at 574-930-6823. Feed the Need's central location is 1776 Prairie Avenue, South Bend, IN 46613.
